One of this year's nominee's for March of Dimes Best of Clarksville in the Hair Salon category is The Chameleon Salon.  If that isn't awesome enough, one of their very own stylists, Brandy Williams, was also nominated in the Stylist category

I had the pleasure yesterday of photographing head shots of their beautiful work.  If you're in the market for fabulous color and precision cut, The Chameleon is the place to go!

All aboard!!   Mr. {G} is the newest conductor of the Clarksville Train!

This cute little fella came out to play with me at the train station to capture his 9 month milestones.  He's gotten so tall since his 6 month session!  And, his hair has gotten thicker.  :)

I had tons of fun watching you giggle at your mommy's "scary" voice telling you to eat your vegetables.  It tickles me just thinking about it.  And, of course, we can't forget you trying to sneak rocks into your mouth.  :)  I hope your mommy enjoys our peeks into our time together.

Mr. D came back to visit me for his first birthday session. Oh, my, goodness has this boy grown in the past six months! The hair and curls, the cute baby chub, and walking all over the place make him an official toddler instead of infant now. *sniffle*

I had fun watching you play and explore and eat cake today! And, might I say, you sure can eat some cake! :) I hope your mommy and daddy enjoy their sneak peeks from today.

This lovely family came to see me when Miss {P} was born five months ago, and they're back for updated family portraits. Yay! We love customers that come back to see us.

{Seven Months} | Clarksville, TN Infant Photographer

That's how old my friend, Mr. {G}, is today! He came to see me on his month birthday and show off all his new tricks.

He has the cutest gummy grin with dimples you've ever seen, but little man would only show me that smile when the camera was down. *snicker* Even my funny noises, voices, and faces would only make him give me a little smirk. ;) I've learned to not take it personally, though. I think I'd be intimidated if someone was putting this huge, black glass eyeball thing in my face, too. *wink*

Mr. {G}, it was fun seeing you again today. I still cannot get over how it looks like you've doubled in size from three months until now. I can only image how big you'll be in another three months!

You're not seeing double, ladies and gentlemen. It's TWINS!! If it weren't for one distinguishing feature, I would have been so confused the whole time I was in the presence of these little doll babies. Miss {I} and Miss {S} kept making me think of the Doublemint Twin commercials from so long ago.

I wore my flip flops on this days - I should have worn my running shoes!! Four year olds have this uncanny ability to recharge their batteries instead of wearing them down. :)

I had fun running and playing with you ladies. My camera is still pouting you ate her candy. ;) Mom and Dad, I hope you enjoy your sneak into our little outing.

I had the pleasure of photographing this lovely (and very photogenic!) family on one of my favorite locations. Can't beat a gorgeous family combined with gorgeous scenery.

Mrs. L came to visit me and brought along her fur babies. I love me some pups, but I love me some pups even more when they're well mannered. Mr. S and Mr. R were definitely well mannered.

I have been incredibly fortunate to have so many six month old little boys grace my studio. This little man was no exception!

Mr. O was the perfect smiley gentleman. Even with the sniffles, he didn't fail to cackle and crack and smile on command. :D Love it!

It was a blast seeing you today, Mom and Mr. O! I hope you love your sneak peeks. :) I look forward to seeing how much you grow in the months to come.

I just want to send out a HUGE thank you to everyone that has been so flexible and understanding with my husband's scheduling and my resulting unavailability. You will never know how much it means to me to have such caring customers that are willing to reschedule, wait patiently, or be squeezed in last minute so that my family could enjoy these last few weeks and days together uninterrupted.

I don't usually post personal photographs or things on my blog, but I felt like I needed to share these - to show that I, too, am human. :) Thank goodness for tripods and wireless remotes! I was able to take MY family out yesterday to take family portraits before my husband deploys.

I cannot believe it's been since mid-November I blogged last! Thanks to some awesome people, I had an unbelievably busy and successful fall/Christmas season. So busy I had no time to blog!

So, I begin anew starting now! In the coming posts I'll share some of my favorite images from sessions you've missed out on.

But, for this post an announcement. I'm hosting a Cute Kid Contest! That's right, if you've got a cutie, I want to see him/her.
