What a great family to work with! Tons of energy and goofiness to go around. :) This family is definitely full of love and laughter. I can only hope I captured just a little of their personalities in their photographs.

Here are a few sneak peaks from the first few I took of them. I'm excited to finish going through the entire set! Oh, and, if you're reading this K Family -- OPEN your eyes. *snicker*

{{For Mom}}

I said I wasn't going to post photographs of my children on this blog because, well, they're my children. LOL But, I guess since my kids are essentially one of the reasons I became so passionate about portrait photography, it's only fair that I include a photo or two of them. They are, after all, the models I use most to perfect the elements. However, they have already developed an "allergy" to the camera, as most kids of photographers seem to have. Miss A is much worse than Mr. I. Hopefully as she gets older she'll be more cooperative.



Mr. I decided to cooperate for, oh, about 20 seconds.


And, then, the typical faces started to come out.

My First Clients!!

I was so extremely excited and NERVOUS to have a referral from a friend! The "F" family and extended family asked me to take photos of their clan before a PCS move. What a fun group of people to work with! All the kids were so cute (a little tired, but who isn't that late in the evening, right?) and the parents were a hoot. I appreciate the opportunity to be able to capture your fun loving spirit and your patience with the time frame in which you received your photos (finally after 4 computers, I have a working one! Woot!).

There were so many I had a hard time deciding which to show you as samples. I hope you like them!

The WHOLE family! Man was it tough trying to get everyone to look at the same time. Even my crazy dancing and goofy faces didn't seem to do the trick! This was one of the better ones -- at least everyone's eyes are OPEN! LOL

More sisters! Little Miss A and H are just the cutest! They have the most gorgeous blue eyes that sparkle beyond belief. I snapped these at a play date here at the house before the older one ran back outside to play. :) It was tons of fun and can't wait to do it again!

My friend M allowed me to capture the glowing beauty of her second pregnancy. I think I probably talked her head off while she was here, but she was a good sport and never complained. I have my favorites, but I'll only share a few here. I can't wait to have the opportunity to photograph my first new born when this little bundle of pink finally arrives (LATE, as most girls are wont to be :P ).
